Terms & Conditions: EDC Giveaway Contest

1. Eligibility: The EDC Giveaway Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Proper Eats Las Vegas and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period: The Contest begins on May 1st, 2024 and ends on May 9th, 2024. All entries must be received by 11:59pm Pacific Time Zone.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Contest, participants must:

   • Follow @ProperEatsLasVegas on Instagram.
   • Tag three friends in the comments of the EDC Giveaway Contest post using the pizza slice emoji 🍕.
   • Repost the Contest post to your Instagram story and tag @propereatslasvegas.
   • Bonus Entry: Follow @ProperEatsLasVegas on TikTok.

4. Prize Details: The prize consists of two tickets to see Steve Aoki at EDC Las Vegas 2024, valid for the Friday, May 17th date only. The prize does not include travel expenses, accommodations, or any other expenses not specifically mentioned. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 3 days of the end of the Contest Period. If the winner does not respond within 1 day of notification, another winner may be selected.

6. Additional Entry Option: Participants have the option to earn additional entries by purchasing a slice from PizzAoki. For every slice purchased, the participant will receive five bonus entries. To redeem these bonus entries, participants must post a photo of their slice and tag @propereatslasvegas on Instagram.

7. General Conditions: Proper Eats Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. Proper Eats Las Vegas also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond the control of Proper Eats Las Vegas impair the integrity of the Contest. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Proper Eats Las Vegas, which are final and binding.

8. Publicity: By entering the Contest, participants agree to allow Proper Eats Las Vegas to use their name, likeness, and/or Instagram or TikTok handle for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Release of Liability: By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Proper Eats Las Vegas and its respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the use of the prize.

10. Governing Law: The Contest and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada.
